Eligibility Requirements

To be served, please be checked in 15 minutes prior to closing.


Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Who is Eligible?

Persons that live within the Oconomowoc or Kettle Moraine School Districts, and
persons whose net household income is at or below the federal poverty limits.

Multiple families sharing one residence count as ONE HOUSEHOLD.

Everyone in the residence will be listed on one information card/one address.

 What do I need to bring?

Current proof of residency:  Utility or phone bill each month to verify name & address

Current proof of income:  any and all income must be verified, including paychecks, SSI, Unemployment, Workers Compensation, Child Support, Rental Property Receipts, Bank Statements

Social Security Cards:  these cards are shown once to verify information and record number of persons in household.

Picture Identification:  Valid Driver’s License / State ID each month.

 How often may I receive help?

 Families and individuals receive food assistance once every 28 days.
